Responsibilities
- Receive and follow up installation/support tickets of SmarTrack service; to insure they’re processed/completed as per work schedules
- Coordinates work with the field technicians
- Test and configure vehicle tracking devices to be ready for installation
- Provide remote/online support and training to customers regarding SmarTrack web tracking system and mobile Apps
- Prepare and send support reports
- Keep records and update the subscribers database
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent
- Two-years work experience at least
- Systematic and analytical thinking
- Well organized with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Highly developed attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English
Special Requirement
- Female candidates are preferred
- For male candidates, must be exempted or finished the military service
Work Requirement
- Full time, Saturday to Thursday, 9AM to 5PM
- Hybrid work with flexibility of onsite/remote work
- Onsite work place: Damascus, Mazzeh
