Talent Acquisition
· Coordinates with relevant Departments on vacancies needs and budgets (depends on the manpower plan). · Analyzes the most suitable means of talent acquisition and job posts (universities, online websites, headhunters, etc.). · Checks received CVs and shortlists suitable ones according to the needs. · Conducts first-round interviews, including relevant exams and assessments. · Works with Dep’s Head to shortlist and select candidates, request relevant documents, and arrange second and third-round interviews according to the position and level. · Coordinates with Dep’s Head on the final candidate, handles job offers, and coordinates logistics (start date, hiring documents, etc.). · Finalizes job descriptions and induction programs with the help of Dep’s Head · Follows up with Dep’s Head to ensure Probation Appraisals are completed at the end of the probation period to determine the success or failure of a newly joined team member. · Develops, implements, and communicates SOPs for various HR functions and ensures they are shared with the team. · Maintains and updates company organization charts and job descriptions. HR Management · Develops, implements, and communicates HR policies and procedures. · Ensures compliance with policies, alerts management of violations, and maintains documentation. · Maintains employee records related to hiring, transfers, and performance evaluations. · Organizes internal events and employee engagement activities. · Conduct exit interviews and oversee employee offboarding. · Addresses employee concerns in coordination with the Group Senior Manager – Community & Culture.
Administrative Responsibilities · Supervises the office secretary; co-manages the Public Relations Officer and cleaning staff. · Liaises with local service providers to manage contracts and secure optimal terms. · Manages office supplies, consumables, and stationery procurement. · Oversees office improvement projects.
