☑️ Position: #HR_Coordinator

☑️ Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

☑️ Job location: Damascus Rural – Abu Al Shamat

☑️ Working hours: 07:45 – 4:15

Responsibilities:

☑️ Responsible for the work schedule and its follow-up

☑️ Follow up on medical insurance files with employees and the insurance company.

☑️ Work on updating employee files and archiving them in both paper and electronic formats.

☑️ Support employee relations through events and communication initiatives.

☑️ Provide support in managing the recruitment and training process and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills Required:

☑️ Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

☑️ Ability to manage multiple HR and administrative tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

☑️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

☑️ Good command in English.
