Step Up Agency will conduct the following:
- Advertise on our social media platforms (Facebook Page and Group, LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram and our website).
- Screen the CVs and choose the best-matched candidates for the requested qualifications.
- Test the candidates with technical test would be provided from the company’s side. (Depending on the vacancy)
- Conduct job interviews with the best candidates who passed the tests successfully and matched the required job description.
- Send short-listed candidates’ CVs to the client in order to choose the most suitable candidate.
- We shall successfully complete the hiring process for each required job vacancy within a period agreed between 1 week and 4 weeks.
- Provide (one-time) replacement for a candidate(s) whose service is terminated for any reason during the first one month at no additional cost.
