About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist & Content Writer to join our team in Damascus. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, content creation, and digital trends, with the ability to craft engaging materials that drive awareness and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).

Write high-quality, creative, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and campaigns.

Manage and grow social media presence through engaging posts and campaigns.

Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize campaigns.

Track and report performance metrics to improve future campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in marketing and content creation.

Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Arabic.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

Creative mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to work on-site in Damascus with flexibility for overtime when needed.
