☑️Job Title: Pre-Sales & Implementation Engineer
☑️Location: Damascus / Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
☑️Collaborate with account managers to analyze client requirements and design customized Workiom solutions.
☑️Configure and present live demos and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that address client use cases.
☑️Translate business processes into Workiom workflows, databases, and automation logic.
☑️Support RFP/RFI processes by preparing accurate and professional technical documentation.
☑️Lead the configuration and implementation of Workiom applications according to the signed scope of work (SoW).
☑️Customize modules, fields, workflows, automations, and reports to meet client-specific business needs.
☑️Conduct requirement validation sessions and ensure alignment between business users and technical design.
☑️Ensure smooth handover to the customer success or support teams upon project completion.
☑️Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless pre-sales experience.
☑️Create demo templates, case studies, and enablement materials for partners and clients.
☑️Participate in onboarding and training of sales partners and channel representatives.
☑️Provide structured feedback to the product team to improve usability and feature coverage.
☑️Maintain a consultative, customer-centric approach throughout pre-sales and delivery cycles.
☑️Gather feedback from implemented projects to improve delivery methodologies and documentation.
Qualifications
☑️Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
☑️3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, implementation, or business analysis (preferably in SaaS or workflow management systems).
☑️Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and workflow automation.
☑️Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic required; Turkish is a plus).
☑️Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
