Requirements
| · Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field.
· 10+ years of experience in crop production (preferably olives, onions, or similar).
· Knowledge of irrigation systems, farm machinery, and post-harvest handling.
· Strong understanding of soil science, crop rotation, and integrated pest management.
· Proficiency in using agricultural software, GPS, and precision farming tools (preferred).
· Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
· Ability to work in rural/field environments and manage seasonal demands.
