Role Overview:

We seek an Offshore Coordinator to be the critical link between our Poland and Syria offices. You’ll ensure smooth operations by managing task flows, handling Arabic client

communications, and coordinating service delivery between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Border Coordination

• Act as primary liaison between Poland-based management and Syria operations

team

• Monitor task progress across time zones and departments

• Resolve operational bottlenecks through proactive communication

2. Client & Vendor Management

• Receive/service inquiries from Arabic-speaking clients (email/phone)

• Prepare quotations, service vouchers, and invoices in both English/Arabic

• Maintain CRM records and client preference databases

3. Process Optimization:

• Document standard operating procedures for offshore collaboration

• Implement tracking systems for task accountability

• Conduct weekly sync meetings with both officesJOB OPPERTIUNITY

4. Quality Control:

• Verify service delivery meets Polish market standards

• Collect client feedback and initiate improvements

• Audit operational outputs before client delivery

Requirements:

• Language Skills:

1. Fluent Arabic (written/spoken) | Professional English (B2+)

2. Polish language skills a strong plus

• Technical Competencies:

1. 2+ years in coordination/operations roles

2. CRM software experience (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

3. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
