Position Overview
Tiyliya is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal
candidate will have 3+ years of experience in software sales or marketing services sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and meet sales targets.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, articulate the value of our solutions, and close deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in software development and
digital marketing services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer
tailored solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, software development) to align
sales strategies with product offerings.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective
clients.
5. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
7. Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management.
8. Represent Tiyliya at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software services, SaaS, or
digital marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and managing client pipelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of software development processes and digital marketing trends.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Based in Damascus or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling custom software solutions or digital marketing campaigns.
• Existing network of contacts in the tech, startup, or enterprise sectors.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies or software project lifecycles.
