Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo

development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in

customizing, deploying, and optimizing Odoo applications to meet business needs. You will

work closely with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable Odoo

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customize and develop Odoo modules (v17+) based on client requirements.

2. Design and implement new features, workflows, and reports in Odoo.

3. Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, eCommerce

platforms).

4. Optimize Odoo performance, security, and database management.

5. Debug and resolve technical issues in existing Odoo implementations.

6. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into

technical solutions.

7. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

8. Stay updated with Odoo’s latest versions, trends, and best practices.

9. Assist in deploying Odoo instances on cloud and on-premise servers.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Odoo development & customization.

• Strong expertise in:

• Python (Odoo framework)

• XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL

• Odoo ORM, QWeb, and Report Engine

• Odoo frontend (OWL framework is a plus)

• Experience with Odoo.sh, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of ERP workflows (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing).

• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Familiarity with Linux server administration & deployment (Nginx, Apache, WSGI).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo certification(s) (e.g., Odoo Technical, Functional).

• Experience with multi-company, multi-currency Odoo setups.

• Knowledge of Odoo POS, eCommerce, or IoT modules.

• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations in Odoo.
