We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to design and optimize systems that align

with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and

evaluating output requirements and formats.

• Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and

diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.

• Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.

• Define the scope of work and deliver technical documents such as SRS (Software Requirements

Specification), BRD (Business Requirements Document), and SDS (System Design Specification).

• Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.

• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.

• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help

desk support, and training users.

• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports,

and recommending actions.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing

professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art

practices, and participating in professional societies.

• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming

project teams, and establishing project budgets.
